3. Commission and Fees

Our commission rate is 1% of the final sale price for both buyers and sellers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees and commissions will be clearly disclosed in writing before any services are performed. Additional fees may apply for specialized services.

All real estate transactions are supervised and conducted by licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokers and agents. While we use technology to streamline processes, all critical decisions, negotiations, and legal matters are handled by licensed professionals.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enck Equity Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
