By accessing or using ProcessPossible ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ProcessPossible is an AI-powered real estate CRM platform that provides voice agents, lead management, automated follow-ups, and communication tools for real estate professionals.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access.

Billing: After your trial, you will be billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, including TCPA regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use AI voice agents to deceive recipients about the nature of calls

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCESSPOSSIBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
